8) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, or used the Service unlawfully. Upon termination, any licenses granted to you end and virtual items may be forfeited, to the extent permitted by law.

Any governing-law, venue, or dispute-resolution terms must be applied according to the verified legal entity, the user's location, and applicable law. Shadow Valley Lodge should confirm this section with qualified legal counsel before advertising in a regulated market.
